I used to use the g1x back when i played only electric guitar, dug it up when i started bass, and it works great with it. Really unique sound out of it.Anyone with me in this club ?
Always loved my B1X, especially the pitch shifter on it, which tracks like an absolute dream!
WooHoo over 100!!!!!!
Hey guys,
my band is about to record some tracks and I am wondering in using my B2.1u with either the 00 patch or 10 patch, both ampeg but the 10 is the SVT 8x10. The Zoom used as a DI straight into the table.
Does any of you have any experience in doing that and would like to share? Which prest do you recommend or like better?
Thanks
Hi Nick I record direct with my Zoom b2 or B2.1u all the time with good results. Those Ampeg patches are pretty good starting places but you really should dig into the possibilities and create your own sounds.
One thing to keep in mind the xlr out on the Zoom B2.1u is a +4db line level balanced out and will overdrive most mixer inputs if they are at mic level only, if that is an issue then using the 1/4" output may be a better solution.
Gotta a B9 and mostly love it. . .
. . . just could somebody help me get a GOOD Billy Sheehan sound and a useable 12 string sound?
Number?
Hi bassbrad,
Should I just work on a totally blank patch or pick one of the amp modellings, maybe just twicking the EQ and having everything else on off?
Thanks guys for the info.
