Zoom R16 in the house

Finally, I got my multitrack recorder! I remember wanting one of those 4-track Fostex recorders 25 years ago, but they were just too pricey. Now, look at what you get for much less money.

I read somewhere that there is a latency issue when connecting two R16s, anyone knows if this is true, and if true, is there or will there be a fix?

No clue on connecting 2, but recording 8 channels at a time works great and the quality is very very good for the price.

Perfect for recording then importing into a DAW like Logic, etc.

I don't know about latency but it is really amazing what money today can buy. I paid $599 for my Tascam 2488/2 a couple of years ago. Back in the early 90's I pad more than that for a 4 track cassette machine.

I just got one too. Works great as a multitracker, but im having issues with using it as a controller/interface.
