Zzounds...What's the Catch?

Ah, see, they have the prices set up such that the most popular color is the most expensive, and the most unpopular color is cheap. It's a clever strategy. I would bet those are not B-stock or blems at all, but rather overstock. Some warehouse bought too many of the slow-moving colors, and they want to unload them.

This one is the Standard MIM...

This is a crazy good deal on the MIM Road Worn P...

BTW...I've had the opportunity to play two different Road Worn P's and both were super playing basses. I don't care for the "relic" stuff but these are ~much~ better than the Standard MIM.

I bought a LH500 from zzounds and then returned it for a LH1000. They were slow as hell and then the price on the LH1000 dropped 129.00. They honored the price drop and credited my account after a phone call. They were very straight up with me and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. YMMV

Zzounds is the real deal. They are apparantly having a Fender sale. It's not B-stock or blemished unless they say it is.

Their shipping rates have always been great. Flat rate shipping, even to Hawaii. I bought about $4000 worth of gear from them over the past several years.
