There are many topics on the internet that sound like issues because of the way someone asks a question. We're not trying to catch every hypothetical, or suspicion, here. Only the ones that have enough weight/support that they generate repeat questions/observations to have grounds. Yes, a little subjective, but this isn't meant to be perfect.
