Adam Clayton amp settings help

Certainly can help as iv'e seen them. These are the exact settings from one of his stacks from live 8 using an ABM900.
Bass 12.30
Middle 2.30
Treble 12.00
Slider 1 Flat
2 +2 dots
3 + 3 dots
4 Flat.
Drive 12.45
Sub 7.30
Input 11.30
This is with a 4x10 on top of a 1x15.I also have his rackmount settings if you want those also.He also uses a line 6 pod, which song were you after tone wise?I can create any of his tones on my Markbass with the VT Bass also.I spent countless hours on his tones, but as youv'e probably noticed they differ for a number of songs. He uses DR Sunbeam Strings,Blue herdim picks when he has too and depending on the song i can also give you his volume and tone settings on his bass.

Are you Adam himself?

Wow, thanks very much!

Just to clarify (me being thick lol!), when you say eg. 'Bass 12.30', presumably you mean the knob would be slightly to the right of upright?

Thanks again, really appreciate it.

The settings above seem to be the most reasonable suggestion, but Ashdown shared some very, very different settings back in 2004.

He dropped his amp by Ashdown for maintenance and these were his settings at the time (though he was using an ABM preamp and matching poweramp):

For the heck of it I tried the settings from the picture... and man oh man does it not work with my gear. Grindy in a gross way and too much of everything. I like the grind (a lot!), but i can't set the drive anywhere past 1:30 without it getting kind of ugly.

That may have been how the settings were when they recieved the amp,but it's definately not the settings he uses or has used. Not even close.
