Problem reloading Talkbass on Iphone

I was having some glitches with my mobile Talkbass application so i decided to delete it from my Iphone and reload it. (This is something i have done in the past, and had good results - for a short while anyway...)

A few days ago I went to the mobile phone application and entered to search for the Talkbass mobile application - I've received two different messages - "nothing found" and another saying "sorry, this application is not currently available in the USA"

I have not been able to reload my mobile Talkbass App.

Any thoughts?

I had been receiving several Parse errors, blank page loads, as well....

Thank you,

Bruce A.

They are dropping the TB app and recommending a general forum-reading app called "Tapatalk" instead. I've been using Tapatalk for a couple months now and it works very well.

Yup, use the Tapatalk app. We're in the Entertainment category I think, or you can search for TalkBass in Tapatalk.

We're exploring getting a branded Tapatalk App for TalkBass so that it'd be free for you guys. However it appears that push notifications do not work yet with their branded apps. I think push notifications are a huge part of an app :(

At least Tapatalk works! The old app will no longer be supported in a short while.

Thanks Paul for the update, it was quite helpful. I, too, had the same problem reloading the TB app on my iPhone, but it makes sense now, especially from a time required to support/enhance the legacy TB app.

Do you know if Tapatalk will be giving a discount at some point for a branded TB app. I attempted to download it, and they wanted $2.99. Since TB is the only forum I really follow, I don't know that I'd get the full benefit of this app. However, I'm a global business traveler, and having TB on my iPhone is a great way to pass the time during long layovers.

Cheers!
