This: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] seems too good to be true, but in the event that it is, it could be be one of those amazing deals that will live on in legend. I have all ready emailed the seller asking for more detailed pics which I will post as soon as I get them, but in the mean time, what is TB's verdict?

I'm no expert, however those are pro photos. How would you have a vintage instrument WITH pro photos and "give" it away. I don't have photos of my kids that are that professional.

So looks like the verdict is in. Disapointing, but not totally unexpected. I may just follow through on this to see what they are trying to sell. Probably a partially defretted hocky stick neck mated to a Squier II body.

I knew what it was as soon as I seen the pics. My computer also picked a hell of a time to run slow. I had to get off the lap top and on the big computer but it looks like the bass community here already knew what was up and who's bass it was. TB wins again!

i just replied to the CL ad and asked him this:

"so you're selling my bass for me?
you should be ashamed of yourself running a scam like this. "
