I have a HUGE problem and need help asap!!!

Ok, ill make this brief.... I play a fender american Deluxe Precision bass (active) through an SVT3Pro and an ampeg 8x10.... Also a sonic maximizer if it matters... Anyway, im getting this sound from my cab like a speaker is blown... Just for giggles i tried my mexican p-bass (passive) and it sounded fine... Im just wondering what you guys think of that... Im positive nothing is wrong with the american, but i was wondering if the active pickups are too much for the cab to handle??? Or is there a weak speaker in the cab that the active pickups really bring out???? This is something i need to be resolved asap! Please Help guys....

Don't listen to these nubes!! trust me, i'm 15, i know how to fix a bass :p. What you need to do, is turn the bass over so you can see the back of it, then proceed to unscrew the cover where the battery is under. Then carefully remove the battery, throw it away. Then proceed to carefully put in a new battery. Put the cover back on. and plug in and make sure it works.

It's very, very technical.
