If there was Bass Heaven....

bass hell is guitar center.

definitely....It's too bad they have so much p00p hanging on the wall that just gets in the way of the few good axes that "might" be in stock. That said, I came really close to walking out w/ an Epi Dot Studio and/or a cheap little traded-in 4-string ( Ibanez?) and, of course, it was a rainy Sunday so the place was literally crawling w/ kiddies practicing their "chops" on somebody else's dime. What a zoo. My first trip there and prob my last...

If there was Bass Heaven, what would it take to enter it?
And what would bass hell be like?...
I figure the only real requirement would be a genuine love for the instrument. You could have picked it up 20 years ago or 20 minutes ago, long as you got a real passion for it, yer golden.

Bass hell... Yngwie Malmsteen duplicated endless times all wanking at once into a fiery pit where the bass damned are forced to huddle for all eternity...

Bass Heaven, should I get there, would be arriving at the door and being told that the show featuring Jaco/Duke/Miles/Ella/Coltrane will be starting shortly and my reserved table is waiting for me up at the front and would I like to come to the after party with the band.

Well you know they say the Devil has all the best tunes... and most of those people mentioned were not exactly "angels" in their lives - so you might better off looking in Hell for this...:eyebrow:
