I'm surprised it's even going to court. How did he not take a plea when the evidence is so concrete?
I'm curious to see what the guy gets if convicted. I'm guessing just probation though he SHOULD do some jail time.

Hey Jady - what ever happened with that trucker that scammed you out of $150 or whatever it was when he said he had your bass and would ship it back to you?

Hopefully you don't get some guitarist or drummer as your judge who has no idea of the true value of your bass. If you do, maybe he'll just blow you off and let the thief go with a slap on ther wrist.
If the judge is a bass player, he'll probably send the thief to the gallows!!!!

I'd like to think he'd get some time for that, however short. I just think he deserves a bit of a stretch. 
It looks like he took a deal, 6mo in jail, 3yrs probation and orders to not go anywhere near my house for 3 years.
I would have liked to see more time but 6mo is not bad

Sucks about the trucker (if he even is a trucker who knows) what a scumbag.
Good to hear the guy that actually stole it is getting jail time. In so many of these cases they only get probation.

Just hope is in there for the full term, and doesnt get out for being nice after a month or so !

This is his 2nd offence with theft so no slap on the wrist for him, maybe a slap on the ass from his new roomie tho roflmfao1!!!!
