Buzzard's Bass Shop Extinction? Where is Brian W. Cornwell?

Yeh I think I might have been had as well, I ordered a bridge and some other bass building things from buzzards that added up to over 200 bucks I can't get in touch. Not looking good I think I'm out of some much needed money. I hope he's OK. I also hope he isn't ripping off poor musicians.

Brian's site runs through paypal. There has to be a way to get the money back if you card was charged. I am considering this as well for the bridge I ordered.

Tried a PM?
Yup, no answer...

I'm finding out the hard way that PayPal only gives you 45 days to challenge a vendor for non-delivery.

Considering what PayPal charges, the non-delivery policy needs to be updated. They don't account for purchases such as a custom bass that take longer than 45 days to build and ship. Of course, most of what people buy through PP is on hand and should ship out right away.

I've complained to PP several times this year about the 45-day limit. More people should do the same.

I too cannot get in touch with Buzzards. My bass is complete, even posted on his site (it's the Yamaha BB1000MA). Last I heard from him was well over 2 months ago. I called no answer, I live local, so I went to his house... no answer. Called again, disconnected. I too hope he is ok but at this point it doesn't look good.
