I guess im lucky. We have rehearsals at my house... my wife is there during about half of them. She's the loud, funny, outgoing type. She's never said anything during a rehearsal to anyone, nor voiced an opinion. She brings us beer. Every once in a while she'll get completely out of control and...

Some we change/modify slightly. A few we change radically. Just IMHO... if I had to be in a coverband, and do 40 songs dead on to the original, well I wouldn't be in a cover band. :)

Ive owned quite a few soundgear SR's, all were very light and great players, but hands down the SR900 is the lightest bass Ive ever picked up. I'll weigh it later when I'm home. With a wide strap it feels like nothing is there.

Late to the thread, but SMS works just fine for my band. One moto droid, one galaxy, and two iphones. It's a very quick way of throwing together a rehearsal.

Ive been working on my top secret project Flowmaster Bass for over a year now for this very reason. Expect to see them at a Guitar Center near you in the future.

Nice try, but that is actually a pic of the $1.99 black Friday pillow sale at an Oklahoma Walmart. In the high res version you can see the red haired guy (bottom right) is standing on an elderly woman's neck, and far off in the background you can clearly make out a baby being tossed in the air...
