Hi all. I’m in the process of buying my first Sadowsky. It’s a 2006 Metro MV5-PJ (so keen). Would this bass have the single-coil or humbucking J pickup in the bridge? Also, I understand they didn’t start adding the VTC to Metro basses until after 2006 so i would need to buy a retrofit to add it...

I played a Precision Elite II that had a REALLY wide nut.. I never measured it though.. I found it hard to play on.. But had no problems with the Harris P..

My main problem is that i can't sell any gear.. I'd have the worst sellers remorse if i ever did.. "One day i'll NEED this piece of gear,, so i CAN'T sell it".. If i'm not currently using anything i'll loan it out to friends or whatever.. I think i've got 3 410's floating around somewhere.. Ha ha

Big +1.. I love having a great all-tube head and a great solid-state head.. It really is the best of both worlds.. Now i've just got gather some more basses.. 3 ain't enough.. Ha ha

I still love my GK2001RB.. It just sounds "right" for some of my projects..

You need to start driving a fork-lift to your shows then.. Ha ha

Thanks guys.. Yes,, both the head and cab came with badge numbers.. The cab sounds great with my GK2001RB also.. :) And,, if the tolex does start coming off i plan to have it all re-tolexed in WHITE!! I think it would look even more NSFW..

... Kinda.. I REALLY want to add a second 810e to it.. Yeah.. It's awesome!! :D
