Hi folks, Sorry it’s been quite awhile, I’ve been busy with quite a few things. Yes, there is no spring on one of the detuners in this photo, this was taken by Zon at the shop before I received the bass. I can assure you all 4 detuners had springs when I received it.

Well maybe if a group of us share this thread with them and threaten legal action if we don’t have completion by x date, that might scare up some action from them. Thoughts? I’ve honestly done my best to work with them and be incredibly understanding and polite but all I get is vague replies...

I’m starting to wonder what can I do at this point? I’ve been contemplating legal action but I’m not even sure it would be worth it, as I have only put $1000 down on the bass and would probably end up spending more on a lawyer. It really bums me out that this can happen and I’m powerless to fix...
