    I've had a look at that one several times, and it's way off, there's much more going on in the actual bass line than that. thanks though, but yeah, it's way off (I Know I said my ear sucks, but I can tell when something's damned wrong) lol.

    don't have pics yet and would be ashamed to show them as i have not filled in the slots and I haven't yet filed down the nut slot it just makes the action higher.

    the extra gauge makes up for loss of sustain caused by the shorter scale at least that's the theory.

    as much as i wish that meant flats but not all fretless players or bass players use flats. also based on the tone i'd say flats, possibly d'adarios.
