2022 Ampeg Pro Neo. PN 410LF. 850 watt. 8 ohm. 4- 10” drivers. 1- horn tweeter with L-Pad adjust. Cabinet is on removable casters. Great condition. The only blemishes are seen on pics. Looks great. Sounds great. Lightweight 62 pounds.

My Fender Ultra and American Pro II in dark night.

Yes the Ultra does have a passive mode. Yes is sounds similar to the Am Pro. I am a newer bassist so I can’t tell you exactly. I travel back and forth to two different states for work. I have one in each location. So I play them equally.
