What scale doe she use in this tune?

He's not playing chord tones from the current chord, that is true, he's more riffing in the scale for the key the tune is in. Nothing sounds out of key to my ear, though maybe not from the current chord for the passing tones.

What scale doe she use in this tune?

Nice playing, I like it. But I don't hear anything other than the minor scale in either of those upper fret breaks towards the end.

Branch of mathematics / band names

Then there was that much heavier and harder semi-reunion a few years later - the Partial DiffyQs! hehe (Only the lead singer changed, all the other members stayed constant.) 🤪 :woot::roflmao:

    Stoopid Kweschun

True enough, sure. Though I had a Ford Escort that was every bit as reliable as a Maserati. Complete piece of :poop:.

No amount of detailing will make a Ford Escort run like a Maserati....

    Finally did it!

Doing all right, just getting old been on here a long long time now... Glad to hear your first time out went as well as it did. Don't sweat the flubs, if they didn't fire you yet they are not going to over that!

If you could have only one car as your daily driver, what would it be?

Mine would be an affordable ultra-efficient EV. Already have a 2018 Tesla Model 3, so something like that, but updated, and well, let's just say, not quite so "tainted" (that's as much as I'll say about that, rulez&all). Body style I actually prefer a small wagon, something like what the Brits...

Large, larger, largest? I thought I had some big bridges, but...

Love the Magnum! I didn't really care for the Trabens, the ultra-large bridge plate didn't seem to me like it could contribute much. On some models, I recall they weren't actually attached to the functional bridge parts (so just decoration). The Ovation, on the other hand, defines BEEFY!

Acoustic bass fetish club Part 2

Yup, I don't have anything to add. Never have played with a 1/2 or 1/4 URB, but don't really need to, it's the Physics of it. An Earthwood is loud for an ABG, sure, but.... Volume is Volume. No way around it.

    The Reverse Triple Neck

    I would dig a 6/12/fretless bass trio...
