Forget "stick it out" The second best bass solo the man ever played was on this bass! Why dont a bunch of us split the cost and buy it together.

In theory, it shouldnt because the XLR is just like an output to the cab. Just instead the signal going to the speakers it goes to board. I really dont see why. But, from a recording stand point. A clean DI signal and a wet mic signal could make for some fun sounds.

Ive got that head, and when I play out the soundguy takes a DI signal from head and I still get stage volume. I dont believe the head has an effects loop unless they added that on to the new heads. You always give it a test recording.
