They were new in box btw

They are v2s I searched all around until I could find someone who had them in stock. Had them shipped from a music store in Missouri to south Florida. I thought the v2 fixed this problem. It may be a problem with the towers and not the base unit (which may be the same v1 to v2)

Crackling is happening every time now. Even with mixer. I’ve changed input gain and output gain, eq at flat and below, only happens on microphones even though other instruments are much louder. No clipping anywhere in the signal chain. I’m beginning to think some units are just defective and...

I did that but there’s very little volume cranking the output and lowering the input. Found some success by putting all the eq at 0db. Will still probably need a small mixer for solo shows. Haven’t had the problem with a Mackie mixer on duo shows.

Got the crackle on a solo gig. Mic into A and guitar into B. Can’t get any volume without cranking input gain. Mic at +6.5db guitar at +2db. Maybe I’ll have to use a mixer. But that negates the easy set-up and transport factor. Any advice?

Talking to Sweetwater they say there’s and issue shipping them in from overseas. Maybe an issue with tariffs or something else on the ships?

I found a music store in Missouri that has two I’m buying them tomorrow. Really looking forward to using these! Plan to pick up a couple 12” subs for bigger events but I’m thinkin two ip2000s should do for my rock trio in bars, restaurants, hotels, etc..
