    do you have all the knobs turned up? those things come with an active bass boost now. sounds like you may have it turned all the way up.

    Count me in. I've recently come to terms with being transgender and I'm in the process now of coming out to family and friends. I told my bandmates at practice the other night and they were fantastic about it.

    How clean do you keep your bass?

    Only when I clean strings. No point in cleaning my 57RI P-bass though. The nitro just seems to absorb all the grime and sweat. That bass looks twice as old as it is!

    I think all of my basses have at least one sticker on them somewhere. Heck, I put one on my 57RI a week after I got it. Hater's gon' hate.

    Higher gauge strings, a new nut and a setup is all you really need to drop down.
