because i can get cheaper plus the in built expression pedal,the b3n also have very good effects specific for bass

the overall tones are very clean because de active eq ,but the soapbars are passive! this is my favourite4 string neck , i believe they call thin U shape , 400 mm at the nut my p bass is bigger at the nut ,its very confortable in all positions of the fretboard really fast(same neck as B series)...

btw , i played a ltd bass with les paul type body that maybe is what you are looking for

im more modulation guy , the only pedal that makes me think of b3n is the blue berry OD . The G3n i can get really good price in second hand. The boss Me50b seems to have really good effects but lack of modulation to my taste
