1) Musicians that never show up for rehearsal 2) Guitarist that just play fast chords during jam sessions and don't pay attention to what the rest of the band is playing 3) Guitarist who try to be bassist 4) Guitarist who try to one up everyone else riffs.

That won't really help me decide at all. Going to GC and plugging into a classic and playing is totally different that when you plug in a classic and play with a full band and have other instruments in the mix. That's why I am in this dilemma.
