Hey man, sounds to me like you'd benefit from getting a used 2x10, 4x10 and maybe a couple of 1x15's if you're up for buying a few cabs. I don't know how big a sedan is but you can get all of these cabs in most cars. Any brands are good really, but for budget buying try stuff like ashdown...

Im afraid it is, if the whole neck isn't intonated everything will be out of tune with itself. Try playing a chord and you will hear that its out.

I have no experience with swr gear but i hear its good, and from a quick read on their site the 15" looks like it would pair nicer..just turn the horn off and give yourself a nice full range sound :D

Sweet man! Enjoy! I have one of them chorus pedals as well, they do the trick quite nicely.

They're pretty nice man, nice and warm sounding. Look at maybe getting the combo version with the 2x10 and you can choose to add an extension speaker if you need to get a bit more out of it. Think about used gear as well..you get a lot more for your cash. Is it 500 for both a head and cab?

I also have a tour 700. Great head, does everything i want it for and i play a range from metal, d'n'b, dance, reggae, dub. I dont know why people assume everybody hates peavey :confused: However i have had the problem mentioned above, is it possible to get the instructions on how to remove it?

Well i've had a look around and i've seen 4 eminence legend bp102's for £189, my main question is, is it worth swapping the speakers in my current cab?@ or am i more likley to get a decent tone from a whole new one?

hi guys, i've been recently thinking about re-speakering my 4x10. its a beringer so it obviously sounds a bit pants. Is it worth putting a new set of speakers or just buying another cabinet? Can anybody suggest some nice 10"s or some reasonably priced good cab (used isn't an issue) around...
