Hmm, good point. The board is glued with West system epoxy, which does have a lower melting temp than CA. I use a heating blanket for bending acoustic sides, and it has pretty accurate temperature control. It would be great to not have to redo the binding!

Quick tip: Once you have the template in place on the blank you're about to rout, take a clamp and apply some pressure at a number of points along the tape joint. It helps the binding and prevents shifting. Also, clean the template and wood with naptha first to make sure there's no greasy...
