I'll second Steve's comment. I use a Tech 21 Acoustic fly rig for bass. Has a good tuner, passable compressor, good boost, REVERB! (which I love!) and a usable chorus/delay. This pedal has almost convinced me to go ampless. I would like to try the bass version, but this acoustic does so well...

Ok, update... I took everyone's advice and ordered a set of Fender flats. I am a convert! I'll never by rounds again! I may be in the minority here, but I think they make the tone knob actually usable. I'm on a budget, so it will be a while before I can try different sets to really dial it...

Just to clarify, I did put a new SET of strings on, but holy moly! That was too much! Figured I'd put the good strings back on So I could stand to play again.So I did the Eucerin cream on the new strings, few times now. Seems to work well, back to a dead sound but with bright, clean looking...

Well, I have the same setup but in black and the best thing I ever did to it was put the head on an old Peavey 2-15 cab! The Peavey is about the same height, a little wider and MUCH deeper. Sounds great. I love the amp, but the cab is not that good in my opinion. But they do look cool!
