I'm a fan of chiropractic, but I'd say your job #1 is to get a definitive medical diagnosis. Job #2 (with physician OK) is core strengthening, which is a life's work. And +1 to all the other suggestions for comfort above, including dialing back meds.

Ex-owner here: PG & knobs not original. For one thing the factory PGs were beveled such that the white middle layer is impossible to miss. Other than than, I see no issues. Stock bridge, stock tuners, etc.

What I like/dislike (and I don't dislike much in the grand scheme) has nothing to do with fans. They don't make the music, after all.
The crux for me is, he declined your offer to try it out. If I was in the buyer's shoes, I'd tell myself, "Self, you numbskull, that's what you get for not doing your due diligence," and suck it up like a good buttercup. That's just the way I'm (forgive me) wired.
