Yup. There's also the guitar version of this bass... which is actually what this company all started with. Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein built the first one (for himself, of course) in the early days of the Misfits (long before the company ever started).

I think the Power Jazz Bass Special is much different than the Jazz Bass Special. But again, I'm probably wrong about the pickup placement on the JBS.

I would go for the Seymour Duncan SCPB-3.

You just like to look at them? Ok... If I were you, I'd get rid of them all. The only reason I still own guitars (cheap but decent acoustic and electric + a combo amp), is because I actually play them every once in a while. But I would most definitely sell them and the amp if all I did was look...

Hmm. You're probably right... Of course, I never looked at the specs for the pickup placement on the JBS, so maybe it was just an illusion (to me) because of the Jazz pickup being there.
