    Big shows have subwoofers. A subway 1x15 is stupid loud. Two of them is extremely versatile for any situation.

    Electro-Voice ZLX-12P-G2 1,000W 12-inch Powered Speaker with Bluetooth is cheap and has frfr mode. Is it a tt800..... no but it will 100 percent feel right and get the gig done. It helps if the FOH has good subwoofer. You need a good DI but you should have that already.

    Stomp through the Tim Capo effects loop. That way you can take the Helix out of the equation when needed.

    do i really need a DI?

    A VTBass is nice for live work but I use a CAPO. Max bass volume and set the DI, now your sending a consistent unchanging signal to FOH. This frees you up to adjust any amp you want as a stage monitor. Tweak it and crank it and it won't effect FOH.

    Short Scale Bass

    American Performer or JMJ mustang are very nice. Serek is the best neck shape and sound for me. Audience member said I did a great strat solo with my Lull shortie.

    I power a helix stomp and a Capo with a Strymon Zuma. Each of the outputs is isolated from the other and can automatically be used anywhere in the world voltage wise. Cioks would work I think.
