    Apostrophe by Zappa and Jack Bruce. My favorite bass track from my favorite bassist. He got THE tone on that one! Bruce already had that famous overdriven tone, but he added fuzz on that one, WOW! Invalid Link Removed

    Gibson EBO 1968 or older, all Original..

    I'm pretty sure it's a 1968/1969 because in those year, the pickup cover was on the bridge. Plus, 1969 was the year Gibson produced over 3000 EB-0. The production never got over 2000 basses except in 1965-1969-1970. If it's a 1969, they play like heaven, my favorite basses next to the 1964 EB-3...

    P/J vs. P/MM configuration?

    You can take a look at Troy Sander from Mastodon. I think he has that configuration, his bass tone is amazing (If you like stoner/doom metal! ;))
