You can attach it to the top of another flat board and send them both through the planer to reach your desired thickness.

Hey folks, not sure where I’ve been but haven’t been around here for awhile! So glad to sign back in and find the winter build off gearing up, and based around my favorite wood! Add 2 smaller dots beside the center dot and call it a custom feature. Build is looking great!

An improvement would be to leave the tube intact. Then you just inflate it before you travel and "voila!" Your neck is protected from any possible damage!

What if you tighten the truss rod (strings removed) to introduce a slight back bow. Then level the frets just on the B side. Sounds like you only need a couple thousandths more clearance. Shouldn't take a drastic fix.
