I was curious, Did other people walk out? I've been conflicted on the telling stories, and jokes on stage. Are we annoyed because we have the unique perspective as purists, as musicians? Do other non-musicians like it when he band gets personable with the audience and tries to mix it up with...

Get Ed Friedlands book; http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0793563836/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00 It's the best method book I've ever seen and comes with 3 CDs. It has a natural progression in skill. I like the way he went into playing in the BOX, and triads. I can't say enough good...

I was just reading an article about "Bass Keys" I think it was in BASS PLAYER magazine. I Jam with a keyboard player, and a lot of my instruction comes from the notes and chords from the keyboard. I was wondering about those BASS Keys. .. .
