Yeah, We were all at different levels coming in and we all showed up with guitars. I volunteered to play bass, which I'm still relatively new to.

This was for a group ensemble at a music school that met for 6 weeks and then played a couple of songs live.

my bass sounded great with rounds but I hate the way they feel.

got the flats on the metroexpress j/j and I had some foam laying around the house and shoved it between the bridge pup and the bridge. It's officially sounding exactly how I like.

My RSD neck is also fantastic feeling. Very similar to my American Deluxe Precision.

Good one is safe to use in the pickguard. Should take that ‘funk’ right off. not sure it should be used on the wood finish

My problem is mostly that my right hand just misses I play a lot of flatpick bluegrass guitar and I’m pretty good on bass with a pick. I tend to play with one but I always wish I didn’t need it. I need to find a good timing and technique exercise for my right hand (no pick). Any recs?
