I looked at the EHX demo today, looks very interesting, although I must admit I don't really like like their stock demos. I would be very interested to test it out. Between this, the Blurst and the Canyon I have a feeling I may purchase all three.

I am really thinking about it, depending on the price. If it's over $180 Canadian I might wait until they hit the used market. The demos are not really telling me much though, like is it usable beyond "whoa listen to how weird this sounds DUDE"

I'll second the basic premise of the responses and say there are many easy fixes for this problem. Even my flashback x4 doesn't quite meet the specs of my pp2 and the wall wort goes right into the courtesy port....

I'd say that getting a LS-2 to blend your fuzz would really help suit the music. A lot of the time a fuzzy bass sound can be much too aggressive to really mesh with the psych vibes. I'm a new convert, but it's a totally useful tool, AKA THE talkbass hype is real! Phaser, delay, chorus, wah...
