2 8 ohms + 1 4 Ohm= 2 ohms

8 ohm + 4 ohm = 2.667 Ohm If you have an 8 ohm cab, get another 8 ohm cab. If you have a 4 ohm cab, you're out of luck unless you get a head that can do 2 ohms. I've heard people connecting cabs in series but read a lot of people saying that it's impractical.

ummm ya it's wood density gradient as in the change of density throughout the body. Not the greater the density the better.
