So Anyway, I got an excellent deal on a used Peavey 300 combo from a guy whose active bass battery was weak. I tried to tell him that might be the problem, but he shut me off. I think he needed to give his wife a reason to get the Peavey out of the house before he could buy a new amp. ;)
