I think the qtube of 803 with dark glass pedal in front would give you what you are going for. That said I think the Origin is a great pedal that you would like. So you can’t go wrong LOL

Used mine for a couple gigs and Warm and Qtube sound great. Love the versatility over the bb800. Great amp. Love it a lot. Super happy with it and will be selling 800

Good write up! Like you I thought the steels sounded much better after they mellow out. on hunt for a string that sounded like that right off the rip.

This may sound real dumb but here goes. Recently got an SV and was messing with it thru the rear of my Quilter BB800. I was left kind of mixed on the pedal. Im not much of a pedal guy so maybe someone can explain this to me like a 5th grader - All the knobs and switches help shape the tone...
