I also own a L-2000 tribute and I absolutely love it; can't possibly imanige that a USA L-2000 is worth all that extra money. Just go play a L-2000 Tribute in a local store and see for yourself!

I've recently acquired a GT6-B, and I hope I'll be able to get a wobble-like sound out of it....you think it's possible? It's got a fuzz, tremolo, octaver, autowah, you name it. Also a synth function, but with very poor tracking..... What are your thoughts?

Absolutely right. Feels like I'm unmasked. I just like the Bongo so much that I'm thinking about giving 5-string basses another chance. And considering the reactions....

I made the trade yesterday, and I must say I'm really happy about it. The jazz bass plays heavenly! I'm still a huge Stingray-fan, but that 5 string just didn't do it for me, being ugly and all with the second pickup. Now I'm going back to play a little bit more.
