    American professional 2 precision?

    Hi, played a ampro 2 today and loved it, but I've played some before that needed shims to play nice and low, I hate using those especially on a new expensive bass! If I order a new one in a different finish what are the odds I get a good one, that will set uo well?

    Gig tonight in VA, backline provided if we wanted to use it, I normally don't but being an old school peavey lover I thought why not? And it was glorious! The ol' girl still worked perfectly, and thumped with my precision bass! Lotta fun, and surprisingly the 57 did decent micing the cab...
