Warning: 105oz magnets are very strong. I was moving some 105oz magnet drivers and there was one on the floor and I was carrying another one. The one on the floor was attracted to the one that I was carrying and crushed one of my fingers. I was able to get a tool to separate the drivers. jd

The last version "E" had a 105oz magnet.

VL-210A has cast frame with 67oz magnet VL-210B has 80oz magnet VL-210C has CCAW(Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) voice coil. jd

There are screws that need to be removed from the sides, front and back. You should be able to remove the case top for access. jd

Due to the many internal baffles it is not easy to fabricate. All the baffles are dadoed in to insure alignment and air tightness. All the parts are cut on CNC machine which measures the thickness of plywood being used. jd

You will lose the Coax feature of the CxL-112 but most people can live without the compression tweeter.
