Need advice on Euphonic Audio VL210 versions A ,B, C

Warning: 105oz magnets are very strong. I was moving some 105oz magnet drivers and there was one on the floor and I was carrying another one. The one on the floor was attracted to the one that I was carrying and crushed one of my fingers. I was able to get a tool to separate the drivers.

John, thanks so much for helping users! When I started using EA in 2003 the VL series was not any more. BTW - I still have 4 of the NL-210 drivers - I never needed a replacement so if you have a customer who needs one I woudl part with two of them.
I had a couple of VL-210’s, one of the early ones that I upgraded with the 80 oz. magnet 10’s, and one that I picked up used later that was a rare 4 ohm version with 80 oz-ers. I got lots of great use out of them for close to 25 years, but I recently parted with them in favor of some more lightweight cabs. I miss them, as they do things that I’ve really never heard any other cabs do as well - they put out a real hi-fi studio monitor type sound with authority, and they accurately transmit the personalities of individual basses, if that makes sense.
I still have a pair of VL-110’s, and they are hard to beat for upright, which is mostly what I use them for. I consider them to be among my few “desert island” pieces of gear.

Yes, the intent of the VL series was to let you hear your instrument, especially if you spent kilobucks for it.

And the mission brief was met. None of the cabs I’ve used since sound as good. I even used one with an Acoustic Image amp for my upright and it was stunning…

I have referred some people to Gary, and I do believe he is still offering repair services.
I have a question. I just acquired a VL 210 and VL110 and I want to connect them with the EA Iamp500. How to connect both EA cabs to the EA amp? Can I connect both cabs to the amp both peakon directly or do I have to do the chain, connected one cab to the other and one cable to the amp

Either way works. Just make sure the combined load is greater than the minimum impedance that's safe for the amp.
As jazzdog says, either way works, as long as you respect the minimum impedance of the iAmp 500. I would connect each cab to each output of the iAmp 500.

The combined impedance of your two speakers is 4 Ohms.
The minimum impedance of the iAmp500 is 2 Ohms.
