    Older Epifini ultralight 2x12" cab?

I am getting the 2x12" and Perf 400 head for $300 . Got my car stuck in some gumbo mud on the way to the seller and will try to pick it up tomorrow. Looking forward to a light cab and vintage class D.

    Older Epifini ultralight 2x12" cab?

Anyone out there ever use one of these? Looking for something a bit more portable than the the Fridge I got last year. It comes with the Epifini Performance 400 head but I was going to use a Bugera Veyron to power it. It has a jazzy vibe to it but hope it can do doom and punk.

Lightweight bass cabs for Rumble 800

Are you looking at the composite boxes or the wood ones? The plastic/carbon fiber 2x10" are 20lbs and wood are 30lbs. The verticle AT210v+ is not much heavier than my lightweight Rumble 40 1x10"

Lightweight bass cabs for Rumble 800

Do you need the output of the two cabs you currently run? The Rumble extension cabs are relatively lightweight for bass cabs. Might be able to toss some neo drivers in the cabs and drop a few lbs but anything else is going to be $$$.

To fridge or not to fridge?

I am checking it out friday to see which version it is. I have a vehicle this will fit in but not going to "gig" with it. More of a right of passage and tool to annoy the neighbors who really have it coming.

To fridge or not to fridge?

A local dude is selling his Ampeg SVT810 for $350. Looks to be in great condition, do I just toss caution to the wind and go big even though I do not "need" anything this monstrous? Of course I "want" this and could probably flip it if I get sick of moving it around. (I have a smaller...

    "High-end", tiny, light, combo rec?

The NF350 cube in naturalfiber is loaded with a 12" and weighs 16lbs. (800watt model is 20lbs.) I am happy with my relatively cheap 18lb Rumble 40 as long as it keeps thumping.

    Best Value Amps and Cabs

Sweetwater had B-Stock Veyrons for $320. Mine came with a two year warranty. I see good deals on used bass cabs so you may get lucky with a bit of footwork.

    Used Bassman with surprise inside.

Found an old Fender Bassman 60 on marketplace for $70 Popped it open to fix some rattles and found a new Eminence legend CB158 inside! Not disappointed at all. I increased the port length by a couple of inches to lower the tuning and it sounds pretty good, much more body and impact than my...

Lightweight versatile solution for theater pits and small gigs

The ubiquitous Fender Rumble 40 is silly light for a 10" combo. Would work in a pit as long as you are not trying to keep up with a hard hitting drummer. Bass can be overwhelming in a small space and sometimes less is more if you know what I mean. One of the more affordable superlight...
