i live in new Zealand i am considering used basses. my only issue is if they are legit. ive seen some cases where someone says they're product is good only to sell a horrible product. but i havent lost faith in used basses yet. thank you. will do. thank you

hey guys. ive been playing a cheap, ripped off version of a fender p for the last year (i play a Vintage V4 Reissue). the bass isn't bad. but i want a bass with 1.more pickups so that i cant experiment with tone and sounds more. 2.a active pre amp. a active pick up is less important to me...

i know that this may be too pricey. bbuuuttttttt......have you tryed the warwick NT thumb. amazing sound and weight (IMO). but its around NZ$6300. and it might be too mondern toned. but i do still say you should try it out at your local shop if you can.

hi guys. i have a warwick bc40 and i am wondering if their is anyway i could use effects with it. it has no send/return plugs. and if i can. would i then plug the bass (though the effect pedeals) into the active input instead of the passive inport?

atm. John hornby skewes vintage v4 reissued. although i might get a warwick NT thumb soon... :-P

warwick BC150 or BC300. very good tone and come with aux.

i know. i asked my nana if it was. she said no. it was $600. that bass and a warwick bc40 amp was $900. :)

have you considered warwick. their bc 150 is about $800 (NZ). extremly versitile and has some cool features buildt in. although no fx sorry :(

Thanks. :). i am probs going to stick to the round wounds, but those pressure wounds sound like a nearly perfect replacement if i change my mind. :smug: hahaha. its my first bass. im hoping it doesnt get mistreated by anone who plays it except me.

ok thank you. i have big hands and the EMGs are easyer for my thumb to rest on. but they both are both great :bassist:
