    NBD: Roadstar II

Good to hear you like yours as well! Refinishing?...It's all personal; some like to play well loved instruments. :D I can't really comment on how much "better" the Musicians are. The playing style of my two are like comparing apples and oranges... Though my musician is an early 1980...

    'Artist' bass

Ibanez did an Artist range in the mid eighties. You might be lucky, the're quiet rare. (I believe so anyway)

You'll love it! They are pretty versatile, quiet electrics for recording, and great sustain.. for a bolt on neck. The sustain on mine improved after I removed the neck and bridge and cleaned off all the left over sawdust from when it was built!

Thanks Avalon. Untill recently I haven't played it in years, hence the grime that still needs to be cleaned off :) . They seem to be hard to find one sold on 'bay a couple of days ago for AU $2000!!

    Show your Japanese basses !

I've just pulled these two out of 7 years in storage. Both are in as near to mint as I've seen, but they could do with a good clean. :) 1984 Ibanez Roadstar II 1980 Ibanez Musician MC940 .
