Ok, i failed to mention a lot of important stuff. We may buy a PA... Not sure how that works at what it means for my amp though Right now i have a GK Backline 110 (75W) Both the Guitarists in my band want half-stacks, but I'm not sure how likely that is... We play Hard Rock-Metal...

How many watts do i need for a band with 2 guitarists and a drummer? Any ideas on which one, too?:bassist:

I got a bass, Schecter Damien 4-string last weekend. I<3 playing it, I really do. I would play it 24/7, if my life allowed that to happen. The only problem is, I don't know what to play. Can anyone suggest some good beginner/intermediate songs I can play...? Thanks....:smug:

Thanks. Yes, I just got my bass...but the lead guitarist is amazing. I plan on playing my bass like all summer, and the drummer, and back-up guitarists are on their way. Probably more originals than covers and I shall attack the thread.:ninja:

This topic may get pounded, but i need to know. I just got my bass and my band is looking to schedule some practices. When do you think we'll know when we're good enough to gig, where/how do we get those gigs, and what's this about "house equipment? Like should we buy a PA?

I don't know, I played a Jazz and liked it OK. I just don't like the way the pickups and other things look :atoz:
