The finish on the 4 string is really dark purple that fades to black. I hadn't seen this color on a Dingwall before really looks great. Both maple necks - I would have loved a wenge neck but these maple necks are superb, smooth, and the Dingwall has the best balance of any bass I've ever tried...

Just popping in with these two beautiful Canadian D-Rocs I found this month in the EU, in 4 and 5 strings. Absolutely stoked with them, love the neck illusions for the 4 banger.

Jason at Fret Nation has sorted me out and ordered the appropriate nut. I will take a look at this, as I'm nervous making these kinds of adjustments but I certainly need to learn. Thanks to everyone for the assistance, much appreciated.

I had the same thought and will be looking around to see if I can find a more experienced and certified luthier for sure.

I'm in the EU (Spain) and just visited my local luthier. They told me they will be able to do the work once I get a proper replacement nut. Thanks!
