Hi, How are the bolt on necks different from the neck through? I have a Bolt on Trujillo but I have no idea how the German made basses sound. I'd love to try one but there aren't any around. Are all the German made Warwick's big buck$? cheers

Can anyone tell me if the picups are active or passive? I know the preamp makes it active. Thanks in advance.

I thought the pickups were Barts but now I'm not so sure. They look the same as aquateen's. The preamp is Bartolin but the pickups are not labelled. I suppose they are marked on the underside.
