Sounds like you are involved in a massive disorganized sh##storm! I would join another band and focus on learning my craft more if you aren't happy with your situation.

Yes. I can relate. Just left my band for the same reason, 'cept it was a classic rock band with a very heavy left handed keyboardist to boot. Move on and don't settle for less than what you want.
