10cc, is this a video of your band playing a cover of a Harry Nillson song?

Joe Cocker pretty much made a whole career out of it.
Sounds like a great idea. Sounds like you should write a original about it.
Ironically, now I want to hear that one song by 10cc. That was a good song.
I play and have always played in a original band. I also have never played in a cover band, never cared to spend an entire evening making people "dance" at a dive or cheesy bar out in the burbs. Or anywhere for that matter. I do believe there should be some BMI/ASCAP fee that these outfits should pay annually or nightly along with the bar venue whatever. I have seen tribute bands make some serious money playing other peoples songs. I wonder how Roger Waters likes that Aussie band touring the world selling out coliseums playing Floyd songs (they should be giving Floyd 90% of the money).

As for the clip....meh, I want my 5 minutes back.
For the record guys this is who we're being insulted by.
He's been here a couple days, and his first thread he's starting a fight. Come back when you can hit the curveball, kid.
20. Major LeaguePersonally I think the age old "cover vs. original" band argument is as exciting as listing the top sports movies of all times, it's tired and been done. I do have to give the OP credit though, been on here less than a month and has driven hits to his original bands website and youtube channel that otherwise woudn't have occurred, pretty clever.
