The Official Short Scale Bass Club -- Part 4

I occasionally like a short scale for a change. I have an old Futurama 6 string that needs some serious TLC. I have two usable short scale. An Epiphone EB-0 and a Burns SJB. My Hagstrom 8 string (posted elsewhere) is 31” scale if that counts. Stock photos for clarity!

8 String basses (4 Octave sets).

Does anyone play one of these? I have a Warwick and a Hagstrom (retro look version) which I use from time to time in the Church Music Group I play in. I just wondered who else liked the format.

The Official Sterling by Music Man Owners Club

My only Sterling, purchased last week (Monday). Great sounding bass with the 3 Band EQ (9 volt). Best to avoid playing it in direct sunlight as it can dazzle!

The official "Show your basses" thread part 19!

A new addition to the “collection”. I bought a Burns 6 string bass (short scale) last month and liked it so much I went for a Burns Marquee long scale 4 string. Stock photos of both basses! The 4 string is a bit of beast, it is a few inches longer than my Fender Precision!
