60+ and/or retired Bass players Club!

I usually don't reply to most of the post that I read (although I enjoy all of them). This hit home with me since I have been playing since 1967. The only thing that I can say is don't let anyone take the joy of playing away from you. If it's getting together with others with the purpose of...

The Praise and Worship Band Bassists Club

My go to is a pbass as it lays right in the mix. Though I have a p/j & a fretless jazz bass that I occasionally use when the need arises.

The Praise and Worship Band Bassists Club

Hello and blessings to everyone. I find this discussion very interesting as well as informative. I have just recently started to look at the options available in DI's as I am old school and have been playing bass for over 50 years. I believe that DI's and amplifiers both have their place. To...

    Fender Rumble Club

I had a similar rig in the 60's & 70's. Fender bassman Amp was my go to. For larger venues I ran my bassman along with an Acoustic 2x15 cab. Univox tube head on top of that cabinet

My rig through the 70s & 80s was a fender bassman 2x12 Amp and a acoustic 2x15 with a univox head. Thank you fender for coming out with the rumble series.

I'm interested in what others have to say regarding this issue with the neck and frets as I was planning on purchasing a M7 in the near future.

    Fender Rumble Club

Jimmyjamjnr I have had my Rumble V3 since they first released them. It has served me well and is a respectable amplifier. Also being a light weight amp is a plus.

New member here. I would like to introduce myself to the group. I have a Fender Rumble 200. Bought it when they first came out. It is a great amp and has served me well over the years. I have been a musician for over 55+ years. I look forward to reading all the great post.
